John Claassen Building Construction
JCB Construction has been operating primarily in the Western Cape since 2004. We specialise in residential and commercial building projects, professional project management, and ongoing maintenance services.
Founded and owned by John Claassen, JCB Construction is recognised for exceptional workmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality homes and buildings. Our team is known for accurately building according to architects’ plans and client concepts, ensuring each project reflects the client’s vision.
John-Pierre Claassen, John’s son, began working with the company as a student and is currently a site foreman, continuing the family legacy of craftsmanship and professionalism.
John Claassen remains personally involved in every project—from foundations to final finishes. He supervises all stages of construction and keeps clients informed throughout the process.
